Before it was spun off into its own department, the corporate Recruiting group was a sub-group within the Career Development department of the organization where I worked as Technical Writer-Producer. I was often tapped to create collegiate recruiting advertisements that were placed in college and local newspapers, trade publications and other periodicals to increase turnout at recruiting events. Below are three samples typical of the ads I produced to challenge collegians while also representing the company’s image of excellence.
